Many of the clients decided to expand to commercial properties because they saw the opportunities and thereby Ann became involved in commercial sales and property management. She believes Charlotte County Florida offers an amazing lifestyle and she is enthusiastic to learn the interests of her clients and their real estate goals. Ann's Real Estate experience started in 1997 working 95% with European buyers and sellers from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and Czech Republic who enjoyed the southwest Florida climate, lifestyle and economy. She started with the sale of a condo, then residential vacation homes and vacant land, building a new home, and seasonal rentals.
