Ann’s path to Real Estate is a little unconventional. Her family moved to Seattle when she was 11 years old where she bought a home on Capitol Hill. Ann attended HS near Greenlake & got her BS from Loyola Marymount University. Ann went on to get her MA in Counseling. After 20+ years in the world of Social Work she knew it was time for a change. After some exploration she decided that she would blend her passion for helping people with her passion for homes. That was 15 years ago! Ann absolutely loves what she does.
Selling or buying a home can be one of the most stressful and exciting times in life (especially, right now!) For most of us our homes are our most valuable asset and having someone who knows how to navigate this complex market regardless of if you are buying or selling is of the utmost importance. Ann’s goal, each time, is to make the process as calm, smooth, happy, and efficient as possible. She will guide you through the experience with reliable, consistent communication and expertise.
Her clients become friends. All her work comes through past clients. She will keep you posted each step of the way, and no question is too small. Most people only sell or buy a home a handful of times in a lifetime. She will give you the up to the minute information on the market which will allow you to make the best decision for your life she will help you navigate this process each step of the way.
A little about Ann, she has 2 sons now 21 and 24 who have grown up on Seattle's Eastside. They enjoy boating, fishing, snowboarding, hammocking, reading, playing games of all sorts, and just being together. Their very favorite place to be is at the ocean but any body of water will do!
Ann looks forward to getting to know you and assisting you with your real estate needs.
