Ann Storck

Ann Storck is a proud member of the CAZA® Group and enjoys working with the most innovative Real Estate Team in the DC metro area. She is originally from Ohio and has lived in the Vienna/Oakton area for over 20 years with her husband Eric and three super kids. Her family owns Blade Runners, Inc. a landscape company in Fairfax. She decided to go into real estate because she and her husband own several pieces of real estate including several residential rentals, a beach home, and five income producing commercial properties – you name it they’ve owned it! What a great fit to use the resources from their landscape company to highlight her homes for sale, greatly improving their curb appeal.

The family loves living in the Vienna/Oakton area and is very involved with their local schools, Vienna sports, their church, the Vienna Community Theater, and Vienna Rotary International Club. They feel that real estate goes hand in hand with their involvement with the community and their commitment to making this wonderful area a place they are proud to call home. Ann also loves being able to use Spanish, my second language, to reach out to a greater group of buyers and sellers in the DC area.

Real Estate is a way she can outreach and help people. Personally they’ve built wealth by having been involved in real estate for so much of their lives. It makes her so happy to be able to help her clients buy the perfect home or obtain the best market value for their home. The CAZA® Group has a great support network and experienced professionals.
