Ann Tohill

Ann Tohill is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelors and master’s degree in accountancy. After working with a large international CPA firm and then a global manufacturing company as tax manager, she took a break from the professional world to raise three successful children, spending many hours on the soccer field as a coach, manager, and team mom as well as PTA treasurer at every grade level and home room mom.

Once that phase of life was done, Ann became a Realtor, helping both first-time home buyers and sellers as well as seasoned investors acquire the perfect coastal Georgia property. She has experience in both short-term vacation rentals and long-term rental properties and an innate ability to find the true wants and needs of her clients.
