Ann Wilkins

Ann Wilkins is a 30-year resident and Oakland property owner. From public transportation and local services to the microclimates and cultures of the various East Bay neighborhoods, she knows and understands the unique dynamics of Oakland and surrounding cities.

Ann provides real estate services to both Sellers and Buyers. By carefully listening to clients' individual needs and guiding them at their own pace, it allows for a sense of comfort and control in what can otherwise be a stressful process. She firmly believes that selling or purchasing a home whether it be your first or your fifth should be a positive and enjoyable experience. She enjoys answering all client questions, giving strategic advice, and recommending service providers. From using her strategic skills in writing offers, to subtly yet forcefully negotiating on her clients' behalf, Ann thrives on the competitive and fast paced nature of real estate.

The current real estate market environment can be brutal and takes a full-time agent who is always on call. Ann is a full time/all the time agent who is extremely responsive to clients. She has the energy, focus and strategic mindset to help buyers win in multiple offer situations. Originally from the Midwest, she attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she majored in Economics and Marketing. Her first job out of college was with NCR Corporation, selling computers and sophisticated data services to financial institutions. She continues to embrace technology by utilizing electronic signature software along with online transaction processing software - no printing and faxing documents - everything is completed online.
