I found Ann through my local town's facebook group. The Realtor I had been working with previously didn't seem to care about helping me find my first home that I can call my own. I wanted someone who looked out for me, and advocated for me through the entire process and man was that Ann! She got in contact with me, we set up a few showings right away. We added one showing last minute and that was the one I fell in love with. There were a couple other bids for the place and Ann walked me through what the next steps were and explained everything. Once we got the offer accepted Ann kept me in the loop with everything! I went with one lender and he was very pushy and the closing costs he gave were outrageous for a first time homeowner. Ann called him to advocate for me to tell him to relax and leave me be to figure things out. We ended up going with a different lender but the fact that Ann reached out to him personally and advocated on my behalf for him to not pressure me was amazing. We hit some bumps before my closing and Ann and the attorney were amazing. Fighting for me and making things easy for me so I didn't stress (I work 10 hours days so I was trying not to stress too much with having to work all while this is going on). Ann was with me at closing and was the best ever. If you're looking for someone who will be a friend, and advocate and guide you every step of the way, Ann is your realtor! Thank you Ann!!

We were Lucky to be referred to Ann and her husband through a mutual acquaintance. In our first meeting and actually within the first 5 minutes, I felt I could trust both of them completly. They listened with genuine concern and proposed a tentative plan for me to consider. Bottom line, we received a full price, cash offer matching all comps the first day the home listed. Honestly unsure where to begin! Ann was seriously a superstar, from start to finish of our home buying process. Ann was quick and efficient and knew exactly what she was doing in this game. Ann was able to help us recruit an entire team of people within less than 24 hours (inspector, lawyer, AND lender) and helped us to QUICKLY and effectively pick a beautiful home. Throughout the process, Ann was readily available to answer any and ALL questions we had (&we had ALOT), even ones that may not have even pertained to her area of expertise. She was even available on weekends! I could go on and on about just how great Ann was and how efficient she is at what she does. We started searching for a home in mid November and were moved in and closed by 1/26. I have used several different realtors in the past and Ann is someone you want if you really want to sell your home fast. Selling a home can be stressful and you want a realtor you can count on. Ann was very responsive to every text and call. She said she sells most homes fast and she sold ours in a week! Her photography was great and she even had a light near the sign at night. Ann is an amazing realtor! She truly went above and beyond to guide us through every step of our first home purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and was able to provide insight into communities throughout the western and southwestern suburbs to help us focus our search. During showings, she pointed out concerns with the condition of each home and helped us weigh the pros and cons of the property. She was extremely patient throughout our search and encouraged us to look at as many homes as we were interested in. She helped us structure our offers to make them as competitive as possible and we were thrilled when she helped us get an offer accepted on our dream home! Ann’s 20+ years of experience shows. My partner and I are first time home buyers. We came in not really knowing what to do or what to expect with this whole process.

Ann is a rock star! Even in a real estate market that has changed drastically since June, Ann sold our home in TWO days! Over the summer Ann stayed in touch with us regarding the state of the real estate market, and when we were in position to sell, Ann guided us on every aspect of preparing our house for showing. That included connecting us with a painter who did a great job painting our entire home for a great price. During every stage of showing our home, Ann stayed in contact with us on a daily basis giving us updates, even while she was on a planned vacation. That's dedication. We met Ann by chance when we contacted her to view one of her listings last summer. In a a matter of 7 months she helped us purchase the home of our dreams and sell our home at the time and my parent's home that was almost an hour north. We were looking for a very specific property and she was beyond patient as we meticulously walked through each listing we visited. Although my parent's home sold quickly, our home took a bit longer. She never pushed for us to drop our price. Instead, she followed up with each realtor who viewed our home to get feedback and ultimately we made one of the changes and the home sold in a week. Ann was willing to reach out to the other parties with some difficult requests/questions, she kept all three transactions on schedule and her response time was amazing. I have worked with Ann for selling and buying my homes. When selling my home she gave me the market information that I needed in order to figure out how much to price my home. The Monday after I listed it for sale, I had three offers and I took the one that was most favorable for me regarding price and closing date. 1. She is always available for questions or information and ALWAYS returns calls in a very timely manner

2. She listens closely and asks questions so she can fully understand your needs whether buying or selling

3. Hard working:
Ann worked very hard for me every step of the way. She showed me many properties and when I finally decided to make an offer on a house :Ann negotiated on my behalf , answered all my questions, and prepared all the paperwork. She even did all of this when she was out of town on vacation!

4. Service after the sale:
Whether buying or selling (I have used Ann for both) she is there through the whole process from information on the closing process, lenders, even information on starting or ending utility services.
