Ann Young

Born in Japan, Ann Young lived in Los Angeles, Manila, Sydney, Toronto, and Vancouver, before calling DC home though she has been able to proudly call herself a "Washingtonian" for the last 21 years. Upon arrival in DC, she was honored with the Washington DC Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year Award in 1996 and her career has been on a fast, upwards trajectory ever since. Teaming her global understanding with extreme market savvy and attention-to-detail, Ann has since built an ardent and loyal client base throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She prides herself in being able to understand the full range of her client's needs, from first-time buyers, mover-uppers, down-sizers, transferees, second-home seekers, estates, investors, and developers.
