Ann's entire professional career has been focused on real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. Ann is a licensed real estate broker and an accomplished residential and commercial real estate attorney. During her twelve years of practice as a real estate attorney, no deal has been too big or too small, however, her passion remains helping individuals and families with the purchase or sale of their family home as well as representing entrepreneurs and small/family businesses owners in various industries with real estate matters.
While representing individuals, she has counseled many clients through the process of purchasing or selling a residence, which for most people will be the most significant financial transactions of their lifetimes. While representing clients in the real estate industry, she has negotiated office, industrial and retail leases, facilitated acquisitions and sales of improved property and vacant land, prepared original documents for unique development matters and represented lenders and borrowers in the financing of investment properties. She has even prepared farm leases, facilitated subdivision approvals and zoning changes in several municipalities, and has appeared as counsel before the City of Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals. She also advises on legal corporate matters related to real estate for her clients, and especially enjoys working with new entrepreneurs.
Ann is married to Jack and they have four children. Besides spending time with her children, she enjoys training for sprint and international distance triathlons and planning trips to Disney World for her family.
