Incredible, my experience working with Anna was one of the best choices I could have ever made. Anna was such a professional and made every step easy for my wife and I.

We are first time homebuyers and Anna did such a wonderful job educating us kindly, making time for us and being responsive to our questions. Anna showed us 16 houses in three weeks and never once made us feel pressured to buy a house.

She wanted the experience to be exactly as we needed it and she stayed positive even when one of our offers didn’t get accepted. Anna made sure to communicate and send us new listings, and she was finding every little detail at each home, she knew what needed to be fixed, what were easy things to diy and gave us a holistic view on the purchase.

We found our first home and are happily moved in now and it is because of Anna that we navigated so quickly through the craziness that was the 2024 housing market.

If you're looking to purchase property in today’s sellers’ market you will need a realtor who is there at every turn. I was referred to Anna Buono through my mortgage broker and she was fantastic! Not only were we looking to make a purchase, but I wanted to sell my condo as well, I contracted Anna for both.
When my wife & I located a property we were interested in, and there were several, we contacted Anna and that very same day she got us a showing! We finally made our first bid. It was late in the evening, Anna went out of her way and put together a contract bid that very same evening and summitted it., however the sellers took another offer. We continued looking and found a place we loved. Again, it was a same day showing and again Anna went out of her way in the late evening to put an effective contract together & got it over to the seller. The very next day our bid was accepted.
Anna then went to work to list my condo, the marketing was outstanding. The condo had multiple offers and sold the very first day it was shown.
Anna was very responsive in answering every question, text, and email we had.
Anna is extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and very personable. I gave Anna a 5-star rating but a 10 would be more accurate. She is the best realtor we have ever had by far!!! I give her the highest recommendation.

When I first met Anna, she told me about herself.. her background and experience. She explained the home-selling process. And she provided me with the tools and advise to get through a stressful process.
Anna mentioned something to me right at the outset. It was something that I didn't think was particularly important at the time. She said she would "hold my hand" through the whole process.
Well that aspect of Anna was much more important than I could have ever realized. And she did just that.
Aside from being so knowledgeable and so quick to return a call or text, she put out several fires were not her responsibility to do. They were mine. But she did it anyway. She was tireless and extremely understanding, and everything Anna did, she did it graciously and in a sincerely friendly manner.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of working with Anna Buono, Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and we immediately bonded. Making the move from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Wallingford, Connecticut in such a short period of time for my husbands work was a little overwhelming. However, Anna treated us like life long friends from the very beginning of our search and from our first appointment, we knew we were in good hands when looking for our perfect home. She took the time to show us all over Connecticut in order to find the right neighborhood to fit our lifestyle. She knew my main concern was a smooth transition for my two little ones and she went above and beyond to make sure we were situated in a kid friendly neighborhood with an abundance of activities for my 1 and 3 year old children. She has answered every single one of our questions in a knowledgeable and timely fashion, not to mention with such thought and care, and she continues to do so even after our closing. My husband and I were very impressed with Anna's devotion to her job. We called her about a property in a community we wanted to purchase our first house on a Sunday evening. We thought we were going to leave a voicemail and wait to hear from her like other agents we worked with in the past.
