** Hi, I’m Anna, a Realtor with 22 years of experience, licensed in both Las Vegas, Nevada, and Washington State. My journey into real estate started with a love for people, travel, and homes—a passion that’s taken me all over the world. As an Artistic Roller Skater (like ice but on roller skates), I competed and coached in World Championships across Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, and much of Europe. When I retired from Coaching in 2019, my love for connecting with people made it natural to continue thriving in the real estate industry.
**Las Vegas, Nevada is a city I hold close to my heart and the place I proudly call home. It’s not just the brightest spot on Earth from space; it’s a vibrant community with so much to offer. From The Sphere—the world’s largest spherical structure—to 300+ days of sunshine, Las Vegas is full of surprises. ** Nevada’s tax-friendly environment is another reason I love helping clients here. With NO state income tax, NO Estate or Inheritance Tax, and low property taxes, it’s a haven for both retirees and working professionals.
