Anna is completely professional, whilst being extremely friendly and down to earth. She went way beyond what we would expect from a realtor, by running around for us, and doing whatever was required to help make the house buying process as smooth as possible. I'm sure we must have tested her patience once or twice, with some trivial concerns, but she always reassured us and made us feel at ease. Her local knowledge was great and, even with viewings in places that were a little outside her usual areas, she always arrived on time with as much detail as she could possibly get. After making a few unsuccessful offers on houses that we liked, and when we felt we were running low on options for the type of property we were seeking, Anna was more than happy to go back to the same areas to look at different style houses. This resulted in us finding the perfect home. There were no delays on the realtors' side of our purchase, but some small delays did occur with the mortgage process. Again, Anna went out of her way to help things run as smoothly as possible.
