Anna represented us when purchasing a couple of parcels of land. She was always available when we had questions and on top of everything we needed for the quick settlement. Anna helped make the entire process run smoothly without any issues. Our primary residence is not local to the lots and without us asking, Anna visited the lots to make sure seller was clearing out the debris prior to settlement. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to work with Anna as both a buyer and a seller. She represented me on both occasions. On both occasions, she made sure MY best interest was her TOP priority.

Right from the start I noticed she was a professional and well versed and very familiar with the South Jersey area. One important thing to note is that she has various relationships with realtors and agents around the area which only benefit you as a client.

I feel that there was no question of mine she could not answer or problem we could not fix, and we did experience some minor bumps along the way. My point is she is very knowledgeable and knows the business very well which is a credit to her and her years of experience.

I, 100%, recommend her to anyone, and I would, without a doubt, work with her again, in fact she will be my first call for anything real estate related.

Anna is all of the things you look for in a real estate agent...transparent, responsive, thorough, resourceful, and knowledgeable. However, these are not what made our experience with Anna exceptional. Her ability to connect with us as clients while still holding boundaries, understanding of complex financial and family circumstances, and ability to hold us accountable to making a decision that remained in alignment with the criteria we desired from our purchase is what makes Anna stand out above other realtors. She is a crucial element to the buying/selling experience and knows how to navigate the unforseen difficulties that inevitably arise when making what is typically the largest purchase of a person's life. Spectacular, helpful beyond words, extremely organized, and professional. I do not know how we would have survived our buying a new house without Anna. She went out of her way to help us get into the home we wanted, she started as being the realtor for the seller of the house we were looking to purchase. If I had used Anna from the start we would have moved two months sooner and without all the problems I had selling my home. Having a good reliable realtor makes all the difference in the world, and from my experience Anna Rose is the BEST!!!

Thank you Anna for helping us find our forever home! She was so professional, friendly, organized and thorough. Since day one she kept us informed and made sure we understood every step of the way. The whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. She took care of all appointments and inspections, including giving us recommendations to save us from the headache of looking companies up ourselves. She showed up literally and figuratively throughout the entire process and made it as stress-free as possible. She even helped us sell our old home at the same time. Anna was amazing to work with. I live in Oregon and sold my house in NJ and she took care of everything! Communication was great and she made me feel like I always knew what was going on, even with being thousands of miles away. I felt like she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for inspection, closing, etc. I had to replace the septic system and she was the contact person for that and made sure everything went smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Anna as a realtor!

The moment I saw the listing I knew I needed my family to grow up in that home. I arranged a showing with Anna and that’s when things started to move very quickly! I was so grateful when my offer was excepted - beating multiple offers due to Anna’s expertise. That’s when the clock started ticking to get my current home sold in time to close on our forever home. Anna arranged a professional photographer and listed our home, had 19 showings in 2 days (and 6 offers of which were above asking price!) Once under contract we closed in 15 days! Talk about moving with a purpose! We were able to meet the contingency of selling our house in time to purchase our new home. I am recommending Anna to anyone who is in the market to sell or purchase a home. She is knowledgeable, reliable, prompt and professional - everything you need in a real estate agent!
