Anna ruiz was an amazing real estate agent. She really took care of me through the house hunting process. She really listened to my wishes and all my must haves and found us the perfect gem. Anna was patient and understanding of my situation. She helped me find options for lenders as well as home inspectors. She was very knowledgeable of the area I wanted to move to and very connected to the community. She treated us like family. I would recommend Anna to everybody!!

She has a wonderful personality and showed lots of patients with me as I flipped between ideas of what I wanted in my future property. I cannot express enough how appreciative I am of Anna. I admit, I was a rough buyer to deal with but she never held my indecisiveness against me. No matter the day of the week or time of day, she proved time and time again how invested she was in finding me a home that I would be satisfied with. I always felt as if I was her only client and that she genuinely had my best interest at heart. Honestly, she made me feel like she was a family member who was helping me buy my first home. Anna Ruiz is an amazing realtor. Looking for a house during Covid was a struggle to say the least, but Anna took a lot of the stress away. She was amazing at communicating with the seller's realtor and getting us in to view homes quickly. We were first time home buyers and she gave us a lot of advice when looking at rooms at the communities. she also gave great recommendations for lenders and inspection companies. I would recommend her to anyone looking for realtor. !!

My family and I have known Anna for years, and met her while my elderly parents were searching for a property near me. She assisted my parents in the purchase of a home. When the parents determined they wanted a better home prior to moving, Anna again assisted and facilitated their purchase of a 2nd home. When it came time for me to move on from living on a 4-acre country property, Anna assisted me in the sale of my home. She worked with dedication and consistent availability to help me sell this property quickly and for a very satisfactory price! Anna is honest and straightforward, and is not afraid to ask the "hard" questions from other realtors or homeowners about property conditions. She is also knowledgeable in regards to market conditions as well as has contacts to fix issues specific to properties prior to sale. I would recommend Anna Ruiz to be your realtor!

Anna was my Realtor who helped me buy my home. I met Anna at an open house she was showing and my husband and I were just looking at the time. Being in Mortgage I did know a couple realtors but I was won over by Anna. She asked me questions and had so much knowledge and information about several houses that might fit what I was looking for. She did not pressure me to use her she just gave me so much information she even called a realtor at a house down the road that was also showing a house and asked if she would stay open for a few more minutes so my husband and I could stop by really quick to look at this house. She put an app on my phone so I could look at houses that were for sale or just put on the market. She just jumped in and gave me all this information with no ties. I thanked her and went on my way. Several months later when I was ready to buy I told my husband I’m going to call Anna and we are going to use her. I told him she won me over when we met her. She went above and beyond and would send me houses to look at, met me at a houses to look at no matter what time, was not afraid to call and push the limit on negotiations and she ended up finding us an amazing deal on our home. Let’s just say she got us a deal that no one else knows how the heck she pulled it off when I tell them how much I bought my home for. Anna is amazing and I would recommend her over and over and I have. She helped my friend buy her home a few months ago and they to had the best experience on buying her daughter’s first time home with Anna.

Anna is a joy to be around and is extremely helpful with the buying process. A lot of realtors won’t give you the time of day if your not pre approved and ready to buy. Anna is very informative whether you’re on day 1 of your home buying process as a first time buyer or on your third house ready to pull The trigger. I haven’t bought a house yet but Anna has been there for me to answer every question I’ve encountered so far and i would definitely never buy a home from anyone else! 5 stars
