I was lucky enough to happen upon Anna outside Caldwell Bankers as I walked by. I was just thinking about beginning my home search process. I found Anna to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable of the area, an excellent listener, and to possess an abundance of patience. She skillfully guided me through the home selection process, even though I was not sure of what I wanted. She listened carefully to what I told her I liked and did not like about each place she recommended or toured me through. She was able to know when the place was a good fit for me. More importantly, Anna was able to have my back through the finance process. I had not purchased a home in 37 years and was a very nervous homebuyer. I always felt that she had my best interest at heart and was available to me any time I needed her. Her professionalism and personality combined to make my home buying experience a very exciting and pleasant process. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home.
