Annabelle Cotten

Annabelle's decision to become a real estate broker stems from her past work experience in the housing industry. She started the Eastman Construction Company in 2001 in Mukilteo where she handled everything from payroll, bids to marketing. Then in 2007 she started Eastman Homes building homes all over Washington State while also flipping homes in the Seattle area. The knowledge she received enabled her to develop the experience and dedication for quality, creativity and knowledge for marketing. Unfortunately, the recession sidelined her company.
Everything she has been through in the last six years brought her to working with home owners and builders to find the perfect home and/or land.
