My husband and I were first-time homebuyers after moving from New York City and Anne helped us through every step of the process. Whether it was being available around our schedules to show us potential homes, helping us navigate a crazy market, negotiating with a seller’s agent, or generally being there to advise us - she was a true partner to us in every sense of the word. We knew Anne had our best interests at heart which took away a lot of the stress of buying our first home. We always felt well taken care of and appreciated it so much. We would highly recommend her to anybody in the DMV area looking to buy or sell.

Our home buying experience with Anne was nothing short of perfect, tbh. From start to finish, Anne was so warm, helpful, knowledgeable, and very very detail oriented. I want to say that literally every email we sent her was responded to within several minutes lol! What stood out for us, and why i'd recommend her to anyone purchasing a home, is that she will truly go to bat for you. She diligently got to the bottom of any concern we had and found an effective solution, even when we thought the sellers would never go for it. I think she's mastered the art of working with the sellers agent. Thank you Anne for everything and helping us get our dream home.

Year 2020, when we sold our old home and bought our new home. It was definitely not an easy process for me and my husband. I was also pregnant during that time. There were a lot of ups and downs, lots of challenges, mixed emotions, and very emotionally and mentally exhausting and stressful... The selling and buying process, has become easy and smooth for us when our realtor Anne stepped in and helped us every step of the way. She helped us staged our old house, so it will look beautiful on the pictures. Her time, flexibility, talent and abilities are beyond exceptional. She was very patient and supportive to her clients especially when we have a lot of questions and concerns. She was good in communication and negotiation in terms of selling our house and buying our new home. As a matter of fact, after putting our house on the market, within 24 hours it was sold. And within 72 hours (3days), we bought our new home. She was exceptionally good. If you need someone who you can trust. I would definitely recommend her. You will never regret having her as your realtor.
