Anne Carter Macnabb

As a lifelong resident of Greenville, Anne Carter’s knowledge of the area, extensive real estate background and passion for helping others make her an invaluable Broker and a tremendous asset to buyers and sellers in the Upstate.

With nearly fifteen years of experience in real estate, she formerly served as director of property management for Hughes Commercial Properties. She received her Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University in 2009 after graduating from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. She is a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Through IREM she has earned a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

As an active member of the Greenville community, she currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Meyer Center for Special Children and the Clarence Edwards Kids Classic Golf Tournament committee, which raises nearly $500,000 annually.

She was recognized as one of Greenville Business Magazine’s Best & Brightest in 2020 and was honored with a prestigious Jefferson Award by the Multiplying Good program in 2021.
