Turning a fixer into a fabulous profit is one of my favorite things.
So, how did I get here? I grew up in California, where I watched my parents build their retirement through a self managed real estate portfolio. Weekends often meant they were refinishing hardwood floors or replacing a roof on one of their rentals. It taught me the value of figuring things out and building equity through smart choices—skills I bring to every client I work with.
My passion for working with military families came later. After 18 years working in the Department of Defense and marrying a Marine, the military became quite literally my family. Who better to help with PCS moves and VA loan purchases than someone who’s actually been there?
With deep knowledge of Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax County, and a determination to fight for the best for my clients, I’ve become one of the most referred agents for military families PCSing to Fort Belvoir and the Pentagon. I don’t just help you buy or sell—I roll up my sleeves for pre-listing renovations, bring in professional staging and photography, and host virtual tours that make it feel like you’re walking through the home with me.
