Anne Ewasko

Anne Ewasko is a licensed real estate broker with 26 years in the Chicago market. She has seen the highs and lows of what the Chicago market has done during this time and where it's at today. Having been in the trenches for all these years, she has the pulse on the neighborhoods, buildings, trends and nuances of this most diverse and complex real estate market. Anne is extremely sensitive that buying or selling a home is serious business as there is big money and lots of emotions involved, and making the right decision is critical. This mindset has been the foundation of her business.

Anne has traveled the globe, was an ex-pat for nine years in Asia, speaks Mandarin and understands the challenges of having to find the right home for one's lifestyle in a new country, city or neighborhood that one is unfamiliar with. Having been the marketing manager for ELLE Magazine's Mandarin editions prior to entering real estate, she also understands how image and positioning are everything when it comes to targeting the right buyer for one's home when it's time to sell. Over her career, she has worked with many celebrities and understands the discretion needed and the over-the-top service that is required and, fundamentally, gives this type of experience to every client, no matter the price point!

Anne is a nationally syndicated columnist for the AGENT Publishing Group with over a quarter-million subscribers. Her monthly article "TECHnically Speaking" is read nationwide and she is considered an authority on technology for the real estate industry. She has been a contributing writer for various media outlets and her articles have been published in Chicago Avenues Magazine and Chicago Agent. Her listings have been showcased on television including HGTV's program "What You Get For Your Money" and WCIU's "YOU and ME This Morning" show.

Anne has many professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (LHMS) and is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Guild, is Quality Service Certified (QSC) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). She is also an active member of CAR (Chicago Association of Realtors®), IAR (Illinois Association of Realtors®) and NAR (National Association of Realtors®) and the greater Chicago chapter of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America). Anne loves creativity and is really into art, and as an empty nester, she picked up the brush and camera after a long hiatus and is experimenting with where that may go. Anne is a member of the Chicago Yacht Club and very passionate about sailing, underwater photography, adventure traveling, the outdoors, discovering great restaurants and gourmet cooking which she often shares with family and friends.
