About Anne

After spending fourteen years in the dynamic luxury fashion industry, Anne made the switch to Real Estate. During the course of her career in wholesale, Anne always made it a point to listen to clients’ needs and put them first. By tailoring each sales presentation to that specific client and thinking outside the box, Anne was able to triple her business launching top-tier retailers from around the country and the world. She continues to use that customer-centric focus in Real Estate and loves being there for her clients every step of the way.

Born in Greenwich and with roots in Philadelphia area, Anne graduated from University of Richmond (go Spiders!) with a degree in business. She was a die-hard New Yorker before falling in love with Fairfield County. After touring the Greenfield Hill area, she and her husband knew this was the spot they had to raise their family. Anne takes every opportunity to explore the surrounding area including the restaurants, coffee, and “what to do with a toddler” scene. She takes pride in being a resource for anyone newly moving into the area and finds joy in curating guides to the new and best spots in town.

Anne understands the home-buying or selling experience is one of the most significant ones a person can make. She is devoted to taking what could be a stressful, time-consuming process and transforming it into a pleasurable and efficient one.

Anne is a member of the Mid-Fairfield County Board of Realtors. She is passionate about mentoring others through Student Sponsor Partnerships and other outlets.

Maximum help and delivery in three areas:

1. Pricing - Anne and the team at Vanderblue correctly determined that market conditions indicated our home could sell at a price significantly higher than all the other realtors we interviewed. They were correct and we had 3 offers the first weekend.

2. Staging - Anne helped us unclutter so the house showed beautifully. She also loaned us some light color pillows, bedspreads, and other accents that created the maximum positive impression.

3. Support after sale - Anne and her team were thorough on all phases of the sale, including follow up with the buyers on the items that both sides needed to complete the sale smoothly.

We would enthusiastically recommend that any prospective seller contact Anne and her team when ready to sell.

Anne is a true gem and was amazing to work with to buy our first home. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the house hunting process easy. She gave us her honest opinion and shared her knowledge of the different areas we were looking in (Farfield, Southport, Westport, Rowayton). She took us on tours of all the areas we were looking for so we can get a feel for the neighborhoods. She listened to our feedback and found us the perfect home for our needs. She was very responsive to all our emails and went above and beyond for us always being available to answer any questions. After we went into contract she even sent us a list of all restaurants in the area, supermarkets and all vendors she would recommend for our house. She is a rare find and we highly recommend her!
