Ted and Anne Hupka took great care of us while looking for a home in Virginia. We relocated from Seattle and had to make quick decisions and view homes virtually. Ted and Anne made themselves available even at late hours due to the time difference. We have lived in the area before and we have worked with Ted for two other home transactions in the past. I was an agent in Northern VA. When my husband's job transferred him, we had to relocate to another state. Since it was a corporate move, I was not allowed to sell our property. We hired the Hupka Team, and I must say, they are the Realtor's realtor. They did an outstanding job in every aspect of the transaction. Communication was awesome. They were very thorough. As an agent myself, it was hard to stand back and let someone else do my job, but once I spoke with them and saw their marketing plan and style, I took my hand off the wheel and let them do their thing. I don't think they gave me any special treatment because they had a well organized system; so, if you're in need of an agent, I highly recommend the Hupka Team.

We recently moved and have to give kudos to Ted and Anne Hupka. Early this summer, our family learned we would be moving cross country to California. We chose Ted and Anne because we read they were professional, knowledgeable, and local. While all of that is true, they are so much more too. They are honest, dependable and very, very patient with a stressed out mama trying to sell a house 3,000 miles away.

The journey wasn’t easy. Our buyer walked a few days before we left Stafford and we drove away from our empty house not knowing what to expect. To say I was stressed would be an understatement. But Ted and Anne were committed and went above and beyond to make sure the house stayed beautiful, visible and sold with ease. They staged the home, held multiple open houses, even fixed issues that we wouldn’t have been able to accomplish from California (I’m pretty sure Ted is a handyman in another life y’all). They kept us in the loop with everything and gave us advice and reassurance. Our new buyer was able to close earlier than expected and the process was so painless!

If you ever find yourself needing to move, I can’t recommend Ted and Anne enough. No doubt they are amazing realtors, but they’re also just really cool people too. They will take care of you. Thanks Ted and Anne!

As a local business owner, I knew I wanted my home sale and new home purchase handled by a team with reliability, vast knowledge of the industry, and by those who had a reputation for negotiating the best deals for their clients.
The Hupka Team was first on my list. I knew several of their former clients and was impressed by their annual volume, numerous rewards, and multiple licenses as both realtors and brokers. Needless to say, I wasn’t disappointed. From beginning to end, they walked us through the stressful process of relocating, hired professional photographers, assisted with staging, and in the end, we sold our home for top dollar. The purchase process was no different.
We knew we were taking on a home that needed work. However, as septic inspections and other issues came up, Anne released her Greek 🤣 and made sure the sellers repaired everything they’d neglected. This saved us $30,000 in repairs and allowed us to move into a home we now adore.
I highly, highly recommend The Hupka Team and will use them again when the time comes for us to downsize. Thanks Anne and Ted!
