Anne Kennedy

Anne Kennedy is an active real estate broker, investor and instructor, and licensed architect. She graduated with a B.S. in Architecture with Honors from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. She is a member of local, state and national Boards of Realtors, She is a licensed Architect in the State of California.

Out-of-Area Property Owners: Anne has extensive experience working with out-of-area property owners who need to sell property for themselves or loved-ones, many times without ever meeting the clients face-to-face. Because of her project management expertise developed in her 10 years as an architect, Anne, along with her highly experienced partner Marian Sichel, have the knowledge, skills and ability to advise and oversee property preparation so that homes are brought to the market in the optimal condition to sell for the highest possible price, within the parameters of the sellers’ objectives. Sometimes that means a full property facelift, other times it means minimal repair work. In all cases, it means meeting the sellers’ objectives while maximizing their financial returns and minimizing their stress and hassle in the process. Anne and Marian also have the relationships with the advisors and vendors required to facilitate and execute these projects to the great benefit of the sellers.

Investor Client Services: Anne recognizes the value that her market knowledge, financial analysis skills, architectural background, real estate investment experience and exceptional communication skills bring to her real estate investing students and clients. She is relentless in her drive to stay on top of market activity and values, as well as of the external forces at the local, state and federal levels that affect them, such as the economy, pandemic and actions by regulatory, legislative and judicial agencies. Anne has an extensive network of high quality real estate consultants to refer clients to for legal, tax, lending, insurance, property management and construction advice and services.

Teaching: Anne teaches investing in real estate regularly and with great passion to agents, their clients, and members of the public, to help them learn how to acquire real estate in order to build personal wealth and financial security. She also regularly teaches agents how to write offers, negotiate contracts, prepare disclosures and utilize all of the documents that are required to transact real estate in California.

World-wide Investing: She and her husband own and manage multiple investment properties in two states and in Germany.
