Anne Kothe was amazing. The need for a knowledgeable agent that cares about you and your needs is always necessary but especially in the crazy Sellers market. Buying a home during this time produced both excitement and fear. One of the greatest benefits of working with Anne is her ability to calm our fears and keep us excited. In this world it is rare to get someone to answer their phone all the time, be available to chat and go above and beyond to find us a home. She was able to find us a home before it even hit the market. Anne's market knowledge allowed us to get the first house we saw that we wanted as we hear horror stories of people losing house after house. She knows the market, she knows the other agents and she knows what it takes to get you to closing. Anne was a joy to be around throughout the entire process, and we will make sure we tell everyone we know who needs an agent.

We were connected with Anne thru mutual friends. This lead to us renting her beautiful home for a year while we worked on our credit and got on the path to purchase our forever home. She was honest and forthcoming and told us right away what we needed to do to make the purchase possible. Within 3 months, we found our home and started the purchase process. Purchasing a home is an incredibly stressful time, but she did her best to reassure us along the way that everything would be ok and work out. I highly recommend Anne for her extremely understanding and personable nature. She really goes out of her way to be available for questions and concerns. You’d be lucky to have her as your agent.

I can’t say enough about such a pleasant experience! Selling a home can be an emotional, vulnerable event. I think grocery shopping is more difficult than my experience with Anne and her delightful, dedicated team to transition me to my next journey. She is transparent, forward-thinking, thoughtful and very level-headed. She’s got tremendous experience and knows her stuff-so that brings a level of confidence and calm. All “leg work”, and beyond, was covered, with little to no effort on my part. House was lovingly prepped for showings —took a whole 1day of being on the market to get several terrific offers. Honestly, I think clicking the Docusign paperwork with my initials was the most I had to put in, lol. 5+ stars all around!

Wow! An exciting and seamless process from beginning to end! Anne is exceptional at what she does. We talked briefly about what we were looking for in our next home and she instantly knew what we wanted AND needed and had a plan for us. She organized a showing and spent HOURS with us helping us find the right home. She answered all our questions and then some! She brought up stuff we didn’t even think about and helped us to confidently put in our offer on our dream home. I’m happy to report we’ve been settling into our new home and couldn’t be happier. Ann was so accommodating. She was very family friendly and she was great with the kids while they were with us even for looking at all those houses. They worked great around our schedule schedule gave us times that we can work with and she just made it work in her own schedule. Try to get us an every single home that we would like to see at a very quick rate. Anne Kothe is amazing at her job! My husband and I had just been thinking about buying a house since we were currently renting a house and well it made more sense to buy. We had never bought a house before and it all kinda seemed a little scary at first. I asked to just see some houses cause we hadn’t even decided we were ready but wanting to see what was out there in our budget. Anne set up some showing the following week and well we saw our first one and knew it wasn’t for us. The second showing as we pulled up to it we already had a feeling that we liked it... and as we went inside and looked around we liked it even more! We had more showings we had scheduled but we decided we didn’t need to see them. Seeing this house and falling in love with it was not what we expected... we are first time home buyers and didn’t expect to find “the one” on our first day let alone the second house we saw! Kinda freaked out we asked Anne... “ does this happen, is it normal to find a house this soon?”... Anne calmed all our fears.. as she is a professional and knows exactly what she is doing! We ended up putting in an offer that day! Of course it was all super stressful for us since we had never done this before.. but again Anne was there with all all the way! We used her inspector for our house and he told us everything we needed to know and it was all clear... a month later we were signing the papers for our FIRST house! I would recommend Anne to anyone I know buying or selling.. she is just absolutely wonderful! Oh and she sends thoughtful cards throughout the year and love her coffee with Kothe events!
