Anne is a lifelong Central Kentuckian who brings her local expertise and passion for community to her role as a Realtor with Warner Realty. She specializes in helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process in Lexington and the surrounding areas, ensuring they make confident, informed decisions during one of life’s biggest milestones.

Before transitioning to real estate, Anne built a successful career in Sales and Marketing, most recently serving as Director of Marketing for Kentucky for Kentucky. Her experience with small businesses reflects her dedication to making a meaningful impact in the community she loves.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) and is also a trained movement specialist who enjoys exploring different fitness practices.
