Tim Carr was one of the founding partners and managed the company’s residential real estate division. Anne Marie served as one of the agency’s top agents, specializing in the sales of unique properties in the area including Naples, Belmont Shore, Spinnaker Bay, Huntington Harbour, Park Estates, Virginia Country Club, Seal Beach and downtown Long Beach’s urban living scene.
