A 13th generation Rhode Islander, descending from the founders of the state and her native Aquidneck Island, Anne’s love of Rhode Island and real estate is truly in her DNA. Armed with a business degree and legal and financial savvy from commercial banking , Anne has attained in-depth real estate expertise representing a wide range of properties and clients for over a decade. She has curated a network of professional resources that she happily shares with her clients, and excels in transaction structuring, negotiating, and problem solving. Anne is consistently a multi-million-dollar annual producer. In 2025 she received a Professional Excellence in Real Estate Award. While valuing buyers and sellers in all price points, in 2024 Anne represented the sellers of a $7,125,000 luxury home, which was the 8th highest sale of the 7,700 sold properties listed on RI Statewide MLS.
In addition to holding a Broker license, Anne has Certified Negotiations Expert, Accredited Buyer Representation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Luxury Specialist, Real Estate Investing, Military Relocation, and Mediation credentials. She has served on the RI Association of Realtors Grievance Committee and is currently a member of the Professionals Standard Committee. Anne previously served as the Newport County Board of Realtors’ Breakfast Meeting Chairperson.
Outside of work Anne enjoys spending time with her growing family and rescue dog Brewster, genealogy, history, tennis, beach, boating and pub trivia. Her lifelong community service endeavors currently include being an inaugural member of the Advisory Board of The International Tennis Hall of Fame’s TeamFAME program, which provides tennis, academics and life skill coaching underserved 5th grade through high school age students in the area. Anne is the immediate Past President of the Portsmouth (RI) Historical Society. Over 10 years on the board, she led museum upgrades, curated exhibits, organized programs, contributed to strategic planning, conducted research, and improved operational protocols.
