Anne Peshka specializes in assisting buyers and sellers throughout the Sarasota area with most of her emphasis placed in Venice, North Port, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte. She specializes in helping first-time buyers find their dream home.

For over 30 years she’s worked in the Customer Service Industry. As a chauffeur in Massachusetts, she understood the value was not only getting people where they wanted to be but the way they arrived; punctual, calm, and reassured.

As an Owner of a Wedding and Event planning business Anne understood the value of relationships and teams. It was more than the success of an event, it was about assimilating a team of professionals that with talent, commitment, and standards of excellence, together made a dream come true.

As a Customer Service agent with Delta Air Lines, she understood the value of people. We are all different; we have different goals, ideas, situations, and beliefs yet we all want to be heard and feel like we matter.

Anne was born in Tampa and raised in the U.S. Air Force. After 24 years of service, being able to travel and live all over the world, her family retired in Western Massachusetts. Eventually her family moved to Naples, FL. She established herself and began her own family, making Massachusetts and Connecticut home and my Naples her second home.

In 2014 they bought our first home in the Sarasota area and moved down permanently shortly thereafter. She loves to live this paradise lifestyle! With its fabulous weather and beaches, she’s able to enjoy photography, kayaking, beachcombing, amazing sunsets, and the great local events year-round!
