Anne Platt

Anne has more than 15 years of experience as a residential agent in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. After growing up in a real estate and living in more than a dozen homes, Anne knew that real estate was undoubtedly in her blood. She launched her career working with a local home builder and then transitioned into brokerage sales.

In 2012, Anne and her husband founded Land Here Realty, a Dallas-based real estate boutique. She built a team of talented agents in their company.

Anne has represented buyers and sellers in all avenues of residential real estate, small to large, urban and suburban, from lease homes to investor assemblages. Anne gives a distinctive real estate experience to her clients stemming from honesty, experience, knowledge of construction, and an innate ability to connect buyers and sellers with the perfect home. Anne represents a number of clients in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Lakewood, and Kessler Park areas of Dallas and has also assisted clients in Las Colinas, Frisco, Arlington, Mid-Cities and Fort Worth. She prides herself on being available to clients at all times and always dealing with them directly.

Anne has been recognized by Texas Monthly with its Five Star award in Real Estate for 2012-2014, 2019-2021 Real Producers, 2020 The Advocate, D. Magazine 2021. Anne graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. In her free time, she raises four energetic and entertaining sons.
