Anne is the best! We worked with Anne to buy a house and in this crazy market, it took us almost a year to find the one to call home… Anne is always there to help us, always patient and available to answer all our questions and take us to the showings, even many last minute requests from us. She is licensed in both NY and CT so that we could look at numerous houses in both states while deciding what’s the best location for us. She cares much more about us finding the perfect and right home than just making the transaction. She went above and beyond each step along the process from house hunting, negotiation all the way to closing, and even after closing! She checked back on us several times to make sure we are settled well in the new home. We cannot thank Anne enough, and will definitely work with her again in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Anne Savino is a true professional, never pushing an agenda. My experience was amazing! I felt like a family member was taking care of me. I knew I was in good hands. Buying a home can be stressful, she took all the stress out of the equation. She is very knowledgeable, with many years of experience. She will connect you with the right people. The only realtor I will use in the future. I highly recommend her.

We worked with Anne over the course of about 9 months in an incredibly intense and competitive market looking for a home for our family. Throughout the process, Anne was kind, genuine, respectful, flexible, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. As we started to put in offers, Anne worked quickly and diligently, maximizing our chances with our offers and making sure we didn't have any missteps. She was always responsive, and went above and beyond in evaluating and assessing things. There were even times when she protected us, making sure we understood when a property might not appraise, or when a property had some sort of issue that we had not considered. Anne was ethical, trustworthy, capable, hard-working, meticulous, and incredibly caring. We feel so lucky to have had her on our side.
