Anne Schultz

Anne has been a freelance writer and photographer for local and national publications for almost 20 years and her work has been published in The Flint Journal, Detroit News, Detroit Live, and Maximum Yield. She has traveled the country, covering large production musical festivals to national cannabis conferences including the National Cannabis Industry Association, The Cannabis World Congress and Business Expo, and MJBizCon. Locally, she has been involved with the Michigan Cannabis Business Development and MI Legalize and has collaborated with business owners and other industry professionals to promote cannabis education, advocacy, and business development.

She became a real estate agent in 2018 and continued to work in the cannabis industry helping licensees secure properties for their cannabis facilities and establishments here in Michigan. “It’s not just about selling land or buildings. Understanding the goals and vision of my clients is important and matters when it comes to finding sites and investment opportunities for their businesses.”
