Anne Wayne Prosser

Anne Wayne Prosser is a top producing Real Estate Broker who works throughout the Triangle Region and was named to the Top 500 Triangle Real Producers for 2025. Anne Wayne grew up in Virginia where her father owned a Real Estate brokerage for well over 30 years. She is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelors of Arts and Sciences in Communications, English, and Political Science. She has lived in the Triangle for over 25 years and enjoys all the area has to offer with her husband, two sons and their dog, Murphy. Anne Wayne is a Relocation Certified agent and has her CRS – Certified Residential Specialist and SPS – Strategic Pricing Specialist designations. She also has a background in the building industry that she finds especially helpful for her real estate clients. She has been an active volunteer for Kappa Kappa Gamma Women’s Fraternity for 30 years and is currently a Panhellenic Content Specialist working with Chapters throughout the Southeast.
