About Anne

A third-generation Californian, Anne has been breaking barriers since her early days as a real estate developer. Often the only woman in the room, she realized early on that she had to work differently and harder to stand apart. In the 1970s she entered the real estate business in real estate development, and later carving out specialties as an apartment broker and a hotel broker, always tasked with analyzing good investment deals for her clients and winning many awards for hard work and superior results along the way.

In 1991, Anne joined forces with her husband, Ray Wilbur, a commercial real estate expert, to found Wilbur Properties on the principle of providing a full spectrum of real estate services with integrity and professionalism. Under Anne’s leadership, the company has grown to become one of the most prominent privately held real estate companies on the San Francisco Peninsula, proudly serving many of the same clients as when the company began nearly 40 years ago. Anne has a strong reputation throughout the Bay Area and beyond for her uncompromising work ethic and unwavering integrity.
