Since 2005, Anne has been a part of an annual average of $35 million in residential sales, representing either the buyer or seller, and sometimes both, in the Portland, Oregon, area. Anne is involved in every aspect of the process: competitive market analyses, price opinions, listing and marketing, transaction coordination, house searches and showings, historical research, inspections, environmental testing, contract negotiation, and city permit research.
An added bonus Anne brings to the table is her business education and experience; Anne has an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing from the University of Chicago and worked in marketing and administration of large research and teaching staffs and multi-million dollar budgets for almost a decade and a half before switching to real estate sales.
