Annemarie Torcivia

I am so proud to say that I have been an active REALTOR® for 39 years. Throughout my career as a REALTOR®, it has been my pleasure to have sold hundreds of homes totaling more than one hundred million dollars in sales volume! My achievement was, and has been, based on the dedication of my services to my clients' needs, placing them as my number one priority. As a result of my endeavors, I was inducted to the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame! Through real estate involvement, I have been honored to serve as 2008 Chairwoman of the MA Association of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation.®

Since charitable causes have always been a passion of mine, I have been an active volunteer in my community and in 1993 established a non-profit organization, REALTORS® Against Poverty, assisting less fortunate individuals and families in surrounding communities in numerous facets. As one of many wonderful results, I was honored in 2002 by the National Association of REALTORS® as the recipient of the prestigious Good Neighbor Award also featured in the REALTOR® magazine. At the closing my transactions, I donate a portion of my commission to Children's Miracle Network on behalf of my clients.

My philosophy has always been assisting my clients before, during and after the sale ! I am thrilled to keep in touch with past clients and providing them with "Items of Value " throughout the year ! In doing so, my base consists of referrals working to serve sellers and buyers with absolute care and guidance.

To increase my expertise in all areas of the real estate industry, I received my Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist designation allowing me to be "above the crowd" and the opportunity to better serve you!
