Annette's professionalism is what drew us to her. If you are looking for an honest agent, who doesn't play games, and is there when you need her; Annette will get the job done. Listen to her advice, she is very knowledgeable and without any ego. She will work with you as well as work for you.

My husband and I first met Annette by chance while casually driving to a couple of houses up for sale that piqued our interest. Annette was with a client showing a home we were driving by to look at. It looked like an open house because of the number of cars in the driveway. It turns out that she was just on a showing with her client. She respectfully took care of her clients' needs and took some time afterward to see how she could help us. Once she was finished with her client she proceeded to get us in to view another home that same afternoon.

We liked her no-nonsense hands-on approach so much that we had her represent us to sell our home. She explained everything we needed to do to prepare for the sale. Annette stayed present throughout the entire process regardless of how tedious it could get. She was spot-on with her knowledge and advice, and even when it wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear she walked us through. My best advice would be to listen to her.

Annette went above and beyond in the sale of our property. Not only was she understanding of various dynamic variables, but knew exactly how to work through them. As a seller, she was not pressuring, extremely respectful to our needs, and great counsel as questions arose. I am not always keen to real estate agents, but Annette is definitely an ace in the hand. Her team was amazing to work with.

Annette had the patience of a saint as I was very particular about details I wanted in a new home and toured hundreds of potential homes with her. I also had a lot of anxiety about selling my home (which she sold in 3 days) and she helped ease my nerves and made the process of buying and selling seemless. Without her selling my home so quickly we never would have been able to buy the home we are in now. I couldn’t say enough positive things about her and our experience.
