I purchased my first home and couldn't have done it without the help of Annette Fields. After my first conversation with her and explaining to her what I was looking for in a home and didn't know where to start, she took the reigns from me and immediately lined me up with seeing several homes within a day. She definitely went above and beyond by explaining the process, answering any of my questions, and made the process very quick and minimized the stresses of home buying. We closed out deal in late 2020 and I've been more than happy with my first home with my significant other. She still even kindly reached out to me after our purchase to remind me of claiming our homestead exemptions, so she truly cares about her clients. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else that is purchasing or even selling their home and I would for sure go with her again when the time is right to buy our next home!

Annette Didn’t disappoint me or my wife. She Meet us at odd hours to make sure nothing slipped through our fingers. She Didn’t sugar coat anything which allowed us to overcome any obstacles that we hit. We spoke daily and even had a follow up after we closed to make sure nothing was left behind. For any and all future purchases as well as the sale of my home. I will ONLY use crown reality And Annette.

Annette responded quickly to our request to put our house on the market. In a short turn around period, she ran the comps in our area, gave us a full and honest run down of what we could expect to sell for while still listening to our input and thoughts, and scheduled a professional photographer to take updated photos for the listing. For the majority of the time that our house was on the market, we were living in another time zone; with that said, we typically had plenty of notice for showings and were able to take appropriate action. After knowingly listing during the house buying off-season, Annette held strong in her assessment and come spring time - it paid off! We are so grateful for her help and flexibility during the whole process!

What a wonderful small business! We heard about Crown Executive Realty from our neighbor and decided to call just to see what our home value is. She answered right away and took the time to send us a report as well. When we decide to list we will definitely go with Annette. She knew a lot about the local small businesses in Crown Point and recommended a few places for us to check out. Love that she was recommending other small businesses in Crown Point.

Annette is so kind and helpful even when I felt like I was asking the silliest of questions. My home wasn't worth a lot and I had used a few agents in the past who made me feel that I didn't matter as much because the commission wasn't there.
