Annette Haynes is a Florida REALTOR assisting buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area; from Clearwater to St. Petersburg, Brandon to Apollo Beach and all the other surrounding bay areas. Born and raised in Tampa bay, Annette has had the luxury of watching the city flourish and evolve with time. As a child she always enjoyed the unique historical and traditional architecture displayed throughout the city. From the colonial style homes in Hyde Park, to the modest bungalows in Seminole Heights, up to the more modern contemporary style homes of today. Being an avid motorcycle rider, Annette has had the privilege of exploring the city in a unique way.
After purchasing her first home 10 years ago and a couple investment properties thereafter. Annette realized she enjoyed the world of real estate. Her friends and family strongly encouraged her to follow her passion. With over 15 years working in the Healthcare insurance industry, she decided to put her analytical and project management skills to the test as she ventured into Real estate. Her hard work, charisma and true passion for her business has helped Annette grow as a realtor. Whether it be navigating the way for a first-time home buyer or scoring that beautiful scenic view for a retiree, she will perform with a high level of integrity, commitment and passion each time.
Annette’s goal is to one day develop a small housing community for veterans. With her father being a former Marine, she has seen the difference the comforts of home can make for our service men and women.
