Working alongside homebuyers and homeowners wishing to sell their property has been a rewarding experience for me. I love to provide solutions to folks who have tried selling on their own for long periods of time and deliver for them quickly. I also especially like working with first-time homebuyers looking for guidance and assistance in navigating the process of securing their home purchase. There are many ups and downs to this process and I've found that delivering a good dose of encouragement is key to making sure my clients have a positive experience and are 100% confident in their purchases. I take my client's timeline into consideration and make sure to protect their privacy. Communication is a cornerstone of my relationship with my clients, they can easily reach me via phone, email and text. Alongside that I provide clients with the latest information pertaining to mortgage trends, real estate tips and the market stats so that they are always well informed. I encourage questions, too! Not one of my many clients, buyers and sellers, has ever been left in the dark. They know exactly what's happening and what the next steps are.

I am also trained as a designated agent for KW ZeroPlus mortgage available to my clients, saving them thousands of dollars in fees ($5,000 on average).
