Born in the UK, Annette worked for twenty years in senior sales and business management positions in the hospitality industry, including General Manager of the University of London’s Conference Link located at Imperial College, where she managed what is Europe's largest group of academic accommodation, conference, and convention venues throughout central London. On moving to Alexandria in 2000, she developed and managed a property investment portfolio in Northern Virginia that gave her invaluable knowledge of the local residential rental market, and which has now made her one of the area’s foremost specialists and advisors to landlords of luxury rental properties. Prior to joining McEnearney Associates in 2009, Annette worked for McWilliams Ballard, a mid-Atlantic market leader of new home sales projects, and worked extensively in the sales of high end condominiums in Rosslyn, Ballston, McLean and Bethesda.
