Annette grew up in Arizona, attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a major in Marketing.
Annette moved to southern California in 1994 and has lived in the beautiful cities of San Diego, Thousand Oaks, and San Juan Capistrano.
When she lived in Thousand Oaks, she worked full time and went to school and graduated with an MBA from Pepperdine University. She speaks English, Spanish, and some Italian. She loves to cook and care for her husband, two daughters and rescue dogs.
In her free time, she loves to travel to faraway destinations, walk her dogs, play competitive tennis, and sail to the nearby islands on their sailboat.
After many years of working in the Market Research industry, for J.D. Power and Associates, she decided to become a Realtor. It is the combination of her love of photography, architecture, and working with people that drew her to this profession. Along with her education, market research gave her the necessary skills to become a successful agent.
Annette believes in giving back whenever possible. She contributes part of her commission to various charitable foundations. All are nonprofit 501(c)3 corporations. She likes to focus on key areas: • Community outreach and support • Education and development • Health and awareness • The environment and preservation • Animal welfare
