Charlotte has been home to her since 1985, when she moved here as a teenager with her family from San Diego, CA. She likes to call herself an "almost" native Charlottean. Charlotte is virtually unrecognizable from the city it was back in the 80's, but it is still rare for her to leave the house without running into at least one familiar face as she goes about her business in town. They may have turned into a big city but Charlotte still holds that small-town feel that has kept her family and her here for over 30 years.
