About Annie

Annie feels very fortunate to call herself a Realtor and has been licensed since 2000. She LOVES what she does and spending time with her clients - who often end up as friends.

She employs her knowledge and experience in assisting her buyers to attain their dream of home ownership, as well as working with her sellers to realize their goals after listing their homes with her.

She is so grateful for her clients who have allowed her to assist them with such an important decision and, in turn, it has allowed her to be recognized for highly achieved closed volume and being nicknamed the SuperSonicPitBullRealtor by one of her clients after negotiating the deal of the century for him!

She is a member of good standing with the Fayette Board of Realtors. The importance of being a Realtor includes dealing with her clients and other real estate professionals with integrity and grace.

She was humbled, in 2018, to be asked to join Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners in Peachtree City and she is a member of their Agent Leadership Council. It is inspiring to be surrounded by a group of hard-working people who desire to learn and grow. Most important to her is that this is a group that gives all over the community to a wide range of organizations.

She has lived in Georgia for 29 years with her wonderful husband and our three great sons. She is involved in the community by volunteering at church, family and child focused organizations, as well as our KW community events; for her, giving is living!

We've known Annie for over 30 years and she's always been an outstanding real-estate professional. Annie is also trusted friend and advisor for us when it comes to real-estate. In October 2021 she helped us sell our home in a very short time. She gave us great advice about everything. She advised us on what to do to maximize the value in the home. She had all the best people in her network to make this process completely seamless for us. From listing to closing and everything in between. If you want the best chose Annie.

Annie was fabulous to work with! I could not have asked for a more professional (but extremely personable and open) agent and she was delightfully responsive at every turn. She kept us on the same page throughout the selling process. We really WERE a TEAM! I LOVED that Annie was very direct...nothing was sugar-coated. She gave me direct, truthful responses and I loved that. I never had to guess what was going on. Annie was extremely easy to work with and I'd choose her again in a heartbeat if I needed a superb real estate agent!

Annie is absolutely Amazing. My husband and I just bought our first home and she was so patient with us. Reminding us of important deadlines and walked us through the entire process. She was there every step of the way. She was not pushy, she was motivational and gave us a since of peace when we were nervous. She truly is a joy to work with, and went above and beyond when we needed to make things happen quickly!! Seriously Annie, Thank you for being you!!!
