I interviewed and evaluated the top rated real estate agents in AZ over 12 months before selecting Annie. I was looking for the best, but focused on who would be attentive to my personal objectives; who was knowledgeable to advise me of pitfalls;who had a sharp eye for defects; who was a tough evalualuator and negotiator, but who also was a true professional. I talked to some very impressive agents, but Annie rose above then all in my evaluation. Her performance met all of my expectations! As a result, I referred he to our best friends who just bought a home through her at a amazing deal! She"ll be my realtor at my next move. It's so important to find a "trusted" realtor when buying or selling one of your largest assets. Annie has proven to me to be a trusted individual and advisor. I can't say enough about her other than she is truly amazing!

Annie represented us incredibly well when making offers on properties. It was encouraging to know we have a good communicator who can be as economical as we need her to be.

As many of us know, emotions can get high when making offers on homes and Annie remained a great source of consistency and professionalism. We needed that in one home purchase in particular. There is no doubt in my mind that without Annie we would have been in the wrong home and paid too much.

We stayed the course and found a place that was quite an upgrade from our previous home and never would have been possible without Annie’s ideas for how to make it happen.

I’d also like to add that Annie has a sense of humor. I think that’s very important in a process that would have otherwise felt much more stressful.

Anyway, I included a couple photos of our house and our neighborhood.

I think what I like most about my experience working with Annie Ellison was that I never felt like I was rushed. If I had a comment, question or suggestion, it was always considered politely. If we needed another look at a property or further explanation, Annie was considerate of our needs. I was always surprised by Annie’s willingness to drive out to so many locations and to take such great notes.

Annie respects the process, and individualized that process to suit our needs. That really sets her apart from other realtors set in their ways. So impressive. We had such a great experience and now we are in the perfect property.

The amount of thoughtfulness and consideration Annie showed while we searched for our dream home was so appreciated. And then when we found it her negotiating tactics and skill came out in full force! Annie is DEFINITELY who you want in your corner while going through such a huge life decision. We couldn’t sing enough praises for Annie and how hard she worked for us! We absolutely LOVE our home and considering the amount of offers the seller got in the first 24 hours I fully believe we wouldn’t be in this home if we didn’t have Annie!
