Annie was amazing. She took charge of our entire buying process. Annie gave many recommendations based on her experience, set up all of our inspections, set up our closing attorney and made sure the sellers were held accountable. I’m grateful we found Annie and so pleased that she was our agent. The time and effort she put in are second to none. Annie has the entire process mapped out from day 1 to closing day to mitigate any surprises. A+, 100%. We love Annie!

Annie Freed is a wonderful Real Estate Agent. In a profession that is highly saturated, finding the Agent that you dream of when you think of buying or selling property can be hard and take several tries to get it right. Well, your search is over. Annie is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate and beyond that she takes the time to educate her clients throughout the process. I’ve learned so much and have become a better buyer/seller because of the time and passion Annie puts into her work of helping her clients. Annie was the perfect real estate agent for our family! We were relocating from Pennsylvania and had no real idea where we wanted to land in the RDU orbit, but Annie was able to guide us to the perfect home on our very first trip out! She took care of everyone from my mother (a retired real estate agent) to my daughter (a firecracker). 10/10 would recommend and use again if I would ever dream of moving!

Annie is a fantastic Realtor. I am a highly sophisticated and professional real estate buyer. I negotiate and or buy real estate in several states. Annie is my go-to realtor in North Carolina. Once I told her what I was looking for and the price range, the deal was as good as done. If you want a new home, need to sell your home, don't bother looking any further, just call Annie.

Annie is a top notch professional. This is the 3rd time she has represented me. Once to sell a home and twice to buy. She is a tough negotiator, but fair. Extremely thorough in her research of the local area, sharing background knowledge and in helping me to make the best decision in listing price or offer. Annie has great resources for other service professionals as well. Really thankful to Annie for making home buying and selling a straightforward and comprehensive process. I recommend her wholeheartedly and would certainly use her again.

Annie was/is AMAZING. As first time home buyers we were very intimidated by the prospect of finding homes, reports, inspections, tours and all the other finer details. Annie was there every step of the way to guide us and advise on each and every home we visited. She provided us with listings that were catered around our preferences and when the time finally came she guided us through the purchase process to make it as seamless and simple as possible. 100% would (and have) recommended to friends looking for housing in the area. Annie helped me buy my home a year before the pandemic began and it was the best decision she helped us make. My daughter was being rezoned to another school and was absolutely in love with Cedar Fork Elementary school and I did not know what to do. I started my house hunt online and ended up walking by a property for sale and could not find any agent contact info. I returned home and searched the property online and ended up getting in touch with Annie.

She was an absolute doll. We walked the property twice and she helped us talk through some of our concerns for 3 days. She is very honest, direct and helpful.

Annie went to bat for us with the builder who omitted the appliances from the contract and got them to include it, we totally missed it!

She got everything closed quickly and efficiently and we are still in our home today.

Annie was my realtor in the sell and buy of my home. She was amazing, she had a lot of patience with me and my family, always available not matter what the time before we sold and made sure to help us In Every detail leaving no stone unturned. I found Annie by through a mailing she had sent to my Aunt's townhome. Little did she know my Aunt had passed and I was looking for a realtor to handle the sale for the estate. I am So grateful to have gotten in touch with her. Annie was very knowledgeable and treated me like family. Where to begin? Like most military personnel, we often buy a home and eventually move away where we have very little to no oversight on the property. When I finally decided to sell, I had no idea what I was doing and extremely apprehensive as this process was completely unknown to me and a bit scary to be honest. On day 1, Annie took the information and ran with it full force! She handled every diminutive detail from the photography and virtual staging to the requested repairs, lawn care, filing paperwork, receiving mail for me, ect. Even after a grueling day of scheduling everything, working with contractors, and conducting open houses, she stayed up late many nights just to keep me as informed as possible; I am 6 hours behind Eastern Standard Time. I sincerely trusted her with all details and decisions when I was not available to make them myself due to the time difference or my work schedule. She did not disappoint! I could not be happier with the stellar professionalism, dedication, honesty, and hard work Annie provided. She made the entire experience stress free! When I saw my listing, I was blown away. Her knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off, I had multiple offers on the very first day, and we closed within a month! Annie was unlike anyone I have ever worked with before and will be the only realtor I work with if I ever move back to NC! I have already recommended her to my friends and family.

When I decided to sell my Triangle home in February 2020, I contacted Annie. Neither one of us realized what we were in for, but there is no one else I would have wanted by my side. When COVID stalled everything, Annie kept me sane. When my tenant held over for four plus months and my hands were tied as far as an eviction, Annie again held me together. When I started worrying whether I would ever sell the 61-year-old house, Annie not only reassured me that everything would work out, she arranged for contractors to spruce up my home. In addition to all of the complications, another particularly challenging aspect to add to the mix was that I was out of state and COVID restrictions made it nearly impossible to travel.

Annie and her wonderful husband stepped in and handled pretty much everything on my behalf. When the house finally went on the market, I had six offers in less than three days; the winning offer ended up being $15,00.00 over asking price!!!

Annie is incredible – she is hands down the best realtor in the Triangle and went above and beyond at every step of the process. She was able to handle all my challenges with ease while juggling a full schedule of clients and family. I could not have gotten through this, nor had the unexpected success I did, without her! She is family and is and always will be my s-hero! Thank you so much, Annie (and Christian)!! 😊 You are the best!
