Annie is just plain AWESOME! She was so very helpful in our hunt for our forever home down here in the sunshine state! She really knows her stuff and her way around the real estate business! She was on top of every single aspect of our purchasing process and it could not have been a smoother transaction. If you want the best... ask for Annie!

My husband and I chose Annie Green when we decided to sell our Florida home, as she has deep roots in Vermont as well as in our Venice, FL area. She immediately saw the value in the home and suggested putting it on the market at a good $50,000 more than other realtors had suggested, and indeed we had a potential buyer almost immediately.

Even so, Annie was very proactive about holding that first open house to line up potential backup offers, and it was a good thing she did, as the first buyers were apparently military people who were deployed or transferred just after their offer came in!

We have experience selling other homes in Vermont; however, the Florida market is an entirely different realty landscape, and we were very glad of Annie's experience. She made great suggestions that probably helped the property move quickly. That special feeling that we were with a friend throughout made the process go smoothly. Annie is a delightful, positive, upbeat spirit with energies galore! When asked to help with issues related to the sale (i.e., helping to make connections with the hauler who was to pick up our convertible and take it to Vermont after we had already departed,) she was eager to assist.

Just getting to know Annie Green on a personal footing has been a warm and wonderful experience. We cannot recommend her and the Caldwell Banker office highly enough. Thank you, Annie!!

Annie was great to work with. She seemed always available for email, calls, and showings, had wonderful local knowledge, and was really helpful in guiding us through the home-buying process. Annie even helped us for several weeks after closing, working to get our home builder to comply with warranty issues.

We met Annie at an open house. She followed up and sent us listings to review knowing we were about a year out. She was low pressure and accommodating. When we became more serious she showed us a variety of properties to help us decide what we were looking for. She attended our needs every step of the way and was flexible to our schedule. As we were out of town, she attended our inspection and walk thru. During the closing process and after she sent valuable contact info and followed up on any questions we had. Thru this, at times, tense process she never lost her sense of humor or smile. Thank you Annie!
