Annie Houlihan

Annie has been selling real estate since 2008. She grew up around the housing industry and buying, selling or building was a natural place to make a career. Annie's 1st year she was a million dollar producer and multi million dollar producer every year after. She is now part of a great team at Berkshire Hathaway. Working on a team is a great advantage for buyers and sellers. When the market is busy Annie can count on somebody to help her out to keep everything on track. Annie believes communication is an important part of her job. Being part of the Saginaw, Bay and Midland board of realtors also gives her a lot of resources to reach out to.
