I cannot recommend Annie highly enough. Being out of country there were many challenges with my home sale and Annie rose to each and every one with professionalism and kindness that you don't see everyday. I was very happy with the final sale and never felt out of loop even being a few time zones away. You won't regret turning to Annie for all your real estate needs!

Annie was a wonderful real estate agent! We ended up being "virtual buyers", because of virus could not travel to see the house. Annie spent extra time facetiming us, walking the neighborhood, driving us around virtually, sending videos and having live chats. We were interested in Easton and Annie showed us around different neighborhoods to help us figure out the lay of the land. She attended the inspection (since we could not). On move in day, in the pouring rain, she also went above and beyond bringing mats for all to step on to keep from tracking in too much muck (which was very thoughtful). And going forward, I feel comfortable asking Annie all sorts of questions about the where's and what's locally and she has been very helpful!

My fiance and I just bought out first home Annie was a very dedicated realtor. She took the time to make sure we understood everything that was going on in the home buying process. She was always available to answer any of our questions. Annie was a very out going, easy to talk to about anything and extremely knowledgeable realtor. We where very happy to find Annie to help us with to buy our first home. We will be using Annie again in the future.

She is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. Over the last 20 years I have bought and sold numerous homes in Maryland; Annie by far is the brightest star.

I had a very short window from the sale of my current home to purchase my new home. Annie’s negotiating expertise was exceptional - she took an extremely stressful situation and worked her magic to make the deal happen.

We were blessed to have found Annie to handle our long distance house sale. From start to finish she was an incredible agent. Annie along with her brother in law Steve (contractor) created a beautiful home out of one which needed many renovations in order to make it salable. Without her guidance and knowledge we would never have been able to make this happen in a timely and smooth manner.

I highly recommend Annie as a professional real estate agent. She is dependable and thorough, with a solicitous manner and charming, easy going personality.
