Annika Knoppel

I love helping my clients with all their property needs. As an agent who lives and works in this local area, I bring knowledge and expertise to both the buyers and sellers. Conditions are not the same in rural communities as in cities, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. Being a member of the Southwest Riverside Association of Realtors (SRCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and a SIG graduate as well, this SRCAR designation identifies me as a real estate expert in Southwest Riverside county.

I'll work with each client individually, taking the time to understand their unique lifestyles, needs and wishes. Not just working from the office in Anza or my home office in Aguanga, I will go the distance to meet with clients throughout the Anza and Aguanga as well as Mountain Center, Garner Valley and surrounding areas.

In addition to my real estate career, I've been involved with many different community service organizations throughout the years. I currently volunteer on the board of the local nonprofit low power FM radio station in addition to hosting my own weekly radio program; I'm a director of the Anza Area Trail Town, The High Country Conservancy and the Highway 371 Business Association and a member of the Anza Thimble Club. To round things off, I'm also co-owner of an Anza based business services provider.

I have lived in Aguanga since 2007 and enjoy year round gardening with my 3 dogs and flock of chickens.
