As a first time home buyer, I have many questions and quite some anxiety around this process. Anson has been very kind, thorough and attentive. He listened and cared about what I wanted. Although I live in another state, Anson reviewed agents in my area and vetted them based on my needs. I feel very comfortable and encouraged with the agent he referred to me. I could not have asked for a better person to help guide me in this process.

Anson Walker is the most professional and extremely responsive realtor I have known in my 38 years in the real estate market and as owner of three homes. Not only did Anson well advise my wife and me of the design and custom build of new real estate but, he absolutely delivered on our forever dream home in the nation's most difficult market and with scare inventory. Anson is the best real estate agent in the DMV and I highly recommend him to all buyers seeking the well informed, home buying experience.

Anson was fantastic to work with! When I started my search for a home, I was casting a WIDE net on what I wanted in a house - new construction, previously owned, some renovation, etc. Basically I didn't know, but was willing to do my homework and leg work to narrow things down. Anson was patient, always timely with responses and reminders, and answered all my questions (sometimes the same question multiple times). He asked all the right questions to help me nail down THE house and had an abundance of resources at each step of the process. I HIGHLY recommend Anson, you will not regret it!

Selling a house is stressful, but selling a house while you are living in another state and being first time home sellers, adds more stress. Anson was amazing he got our house under contract in 4 days! Mind you we are living in Oklahoma and selling our house in Maryland. So Anson did pretty much everything to include helping get contractors to stage and repair the house as needed and taking out our house hold trash on trash day that we had forgotten about! He truely went the extra mile for us I can not thank him enough for everything he did.

I was very hesitant to stop the home buying process due to past experiences with other realtors and lenders. I saw Anson's real estate services via Facebook and decided to reach out to his wife about his services since I knew her.

He reached out immediately and we were able to start from there. What I liked and appreciated about him was that be was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable explaining what my needs were and what restrictions I felt that I might have. He was receptive and looked for possible solutions. At no point during the process did I feel like he was being judgemental, dismissive, or nonchalant.

Anson always answered the phone and text messages. He went over every document that was presented and guided me in the direction that was best for my needs and goals.

I could go on and on but I will say that I am grateful that I saw that Facebook post and followed my instincts to reach out to him. It was a great choice and the ultimate goal was attained.
