My journey in real estate began at 7, hammering nails on job sites and learning homebuilding firsthand. By 18, I bought and renovated my first condo. Since then, I’ve purchased, managed, and sold various single family resales and flips, all by 25. I also gained valuable experience as a landlord and property manager, overseeing long term rentals and managing tenants and investment properties. What started as a childhood interest has grown into a lifelong passion for real estate and the people it serves.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Hawaii, I later moved to Seattle and then the Bay Area, where I got married and started a family. Now, I’m a proud husband and father to three wonderful daughters. During the pandemic, we moved back to Seattle, reconnecting with both community and career in a meaningful way.
Before real estate, I spent 25 years in the corporate tech world, working in software development and testing with companies like Google, Microsoft, Expedia, Facebook, and several startups. I now apply the precision, problem solving skills, and attention to detail I honed in tech to every home search, sale, and investment strategy.
When i'm not out driving around and touring every home i can possibly see, i'm spending time with my wife and 3 daughters of 8/13/15. I enjoy playing all ball sports, specifically volleyball, softball, baseball, basketball, tennis, golf, and recently pickleball. Avid fan of the SF 49ers, SA Spurs, GS Warriors, and Seattle Mariners. Love learning and applying technology, stock market, board gaming, and of course real estate investing. Lastly, i enjoy travelling and have been to many spots around the world.
